Living Glass

Usha Bhalla's series "Living Glass" paintings on crystal clear glass, are a unique transformation of the traditional time honored glass art of India, combined with the western modern techniques and the rich influences of the contemporary European glass art. She bridges the old and new world through her art.

This innovative form of art on glass is a revival of a cultural tradition merging into the contemporary face of art. It surfaces as a play of light with enriching nuances of color combinations and empowered movements.

These visions of harmony and aesthetic grace elevate both the mind and the atmosphere with the living touch of Art and Imagination.
